Stanley L. Cohen, Ph.D. - President

Stan Cohen is the President and co-founder of Human System Technology. Dr. Cohen is a licensed psychologist and has served on the faculties of The George Washington and Johns Hopkins Universities. He has been on the editorial board of Personnel Psychology and has published over forty articles. His areas of expertise include executive assessment and coaching, organizational development/productivity improvement, selection test development and validation, job redesign and task analysis, human resources program design, and career progression programs.

Dr. Cohen has provided oversight and guidance for all HST projects. He ensures that HST selects excellent professional staff and maintains high quality products and services.


At the same time, he personally manages numerous projects including the industry standard certification examinations that HST has developed for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Dr. Cohen received his Ph.D. from The George Washington University. His work experience also includes directing highly successful large-scale research and organizational improvement programs throughout the federal government for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Dr. Cohen is a member of the Institute for Business Designers and Sigma Xi.
